Casey's back again. This time, he's on a mission. A mission for revenge. As some of you might know about the great clown boom of 2016. Clowns were happily roaming the streets across the Northern-Eastern part of the United States. Now, all those clowns are gone. Don't you want them back? Casey will start a revolution to bring the clowns back...maybe. That's really up to you.

Control Casey through an asylum that he was locked up in after going crazy following the events of the first game. Now, Casey is a clown. Meet various NPCs from that cat's strange mind, I MEAN... other people within the asylum who probably shouldn't actually be there, they just sorta are.
